With extensive experience as a School Psychologist and with Head Space (Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation), Group Facilitator, Samantha King, has a firm grasp on the issues which are affecting teenagers in modern society as well as in online social settings. Sam is capable of working with young people who are particularly reluctant to engage in therapy. Going ‘to therapy’ can be a daunting thought for adults, let alone teenagers and children!
This group is structured around Positive Psychology fundamentals with the addition of Animal Assisted Therapy. With the help of ‘Sonny’ the therapy dog, this group is fun as well as challenging.
