Franki is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Clinical Psychologist. Her qualifications include a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology obtained at Deakin University. Franki is registered as a Medicare provider for clinical psychological services.
Franki has a special interest in working with adults and adolescents with anxiety disorders, low self esteem and depression. She also has experience assisting people with Benzodiazepine withdrawal and personality disorders. She uses a broad range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Mindfulness. She also has experience working in a wide variety of settings, including a hospital, a school, GP clinics, a university, and a community health service for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients.
Franki is the Principal Psychologist at the Capalaba practice, and is a STAP approved supervisor.
