What is Group Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Chronic Pain?

Chronic pain can often affect your mood, behaviours and your close relationships.  Group Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy for Chronic Pain aims to help people suffering with chronic pain by teaching coping strategies for pain management to increase activity and quality of life.
