Anna is a Psychologist registered with the Psychology Board of Australia. Anna completed her undergraduate studies at The University of Queensland, and Queensland University of Technology, and her Master in Psychology (Clinical) from the University of Southern Queensland.

Anna has experience working in a variety of settings, including a university clinic, in a hospital setting with children and adolescents experiencing complex mental health issues, in community mental health providing parenting support, and in private practice with persons aged from mid adolescence through to older adults. As a result, Anna is adept at building relationships and working with clients from diverse backgrounds and populations. Anna is client focussed in her approach and works predominantly from a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy framework, utilising aspects of Solution Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, including mindfulness, within her work. She values feedback and aims to meet each individual’s needs with understanding and genuine care.

Anna is passionate about working with adolescents and adults to help them achieve a fulfilling and successful life, regardless of mental health difficulties. She has a particular interest in working with those experiencing mood disorders and depression, anxiety disorders and anxiety, stress, psychotic disorders, chronic pain, and those experiencing difficulties in interpersonal relationships.
