Chelsea Knight is a Psychologist registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and has completed a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours from Southern Cross University.

Chelsea has previous experience working with adults with anxiety disorders, mood difficulties, suicidal ideation, emotion-regulation difficulties, adjustment difficulties and chronic pain. She also has a special interest in working with individuals who suffer from illness or injury or other health issues (including infertility) to utilise psychological therapy to promote health, increased coping and wellness. She also has experience working with clients under the WorkCover and Centrelink systems.

Chelsea enjoys tailoring treatment to the individual using a strengths based approach and draws on evidence based treatment from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approaches. She believes strongly in early intervention and having clients feel empowered and a part of the therapeutic process.
