Christine MacGillivray

Christine MacGillivray is a generally registered psychologist with over 16 years of experience providing therapeutic services. She is passionate about her work and loves to create a connection amongst people, working to combat the lack of community in recent times.

Christine encourages her clients to explore and enhance their ability to communicate effectively about their own needs. She supports them to develop strategies to become effective participants in their own lives. Christine works with her clients to create enhanced awareness of their skills, talents, abilities, creating opportunities they hadn’t contemplated, both in others and in themselves.
Christine has extensive experience working with clients across the lifespan and from diverse backgrounds. As well as being passionate about the therapeutic process, Christine works alongside her clients to educate them about the process of therapy, supporting them to feel comfortable and safe in their sessions with her. She utilises a client-centred approach, working with her clients with strategies that best suit their needs.
