Jingal Ghelani


Jingal is a Psychologist registered with the Psychology Board of Australia, and an accredited Animal Assisted Therapist. Jingal particularly enjoys working with adolescents and adults on:

  • Building resilience
  • Behavioural difficulties
  • Anxiety and stress
  • Depression
  • Psychological assessments

Jingal utilises strategies from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and Animal-Assisted Therapy approaches.  She is also experienced in providing comprehensive psychological assessments

Jingal is passionate about helping her clients make sustainable changes to create meaningful lives. She is an animal lover and is excited to be able to provide Animal-Assisted Therapy with her Therapy Pup – Noodle. Animal-Assisted Therapy is fun, helps lower stress, and increases engagement in therapy. Having the Therapy Dog in session helps everyone feel more comfortable and can be especially helpful for adolescents and people who may be hesitant about seeking support.
