Registered Psychologist

Judy Scherrenberg is a Registered Psychologist providing telehealth psychology services to adolescents and adults across Australia. With over 15 years of experience, she works with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, mood difficulties, trauma, and challenges related to life changes.

Judy’s journey into psychology was driven by a strong interest in understanding how people cope during difficult periods and how small, meaningful changes can make a big difference to wellbeing. Over the years, she has worked across a range of settings, supporting clients through both short-term challenges and more complex, long-standing concerns.

Her approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Judy draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies, tailoring sessions to suit each client’s needs, goals, and pace. She places a strong emphasis on creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

Judy values genuine connection and believes therapy works best when clients feel comfortable being themselves. She is known for her calm and compassionate style and for helping clients develop practical skills while also gaining deeper insight and self-understanding.

Judy is AHPRA registered, a Medicare provider, and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). She currently offers secure telehealth appointments and welcomes enquiries from individuals seeking support or wanting to learn more about how therapy may help them.
