Lana is a Registered Psychologist with a focus in Organisational Psychology and workplace wellbeing. Lana has extensive experience treating work-related anxiety, depression, stress and burnout across the career lifespan.
In addition, she has a passion for supporting individual meaning and potential, with a practice style that is grounded in strengths-based, solution-focused principles.
Lana has worked across a variety of sectors including not-for-profit, small-large organisations, and government. While she has experience supporting various presentations, her key area of interest is guiding individuals to navigate and overcome mental health concerns associated with today’s workplace.
Lana has a strong interest in resilience, communication, and motivation, especially in relation to our current workplace eco-system. She endeavours to deliver therapy that combines a structured evidence-based framework, with organic flexibility to meet the distinctive needs of her clients.
