Maria Lopez

I am a provisional psychologist, with experience across private practice, hospital, and community settings. I have worked with individuals across the lifespan and bring an adaptive, client-centred approach to therapy, tailoring interventions to suit each person’s unique needs and goals. 

I draw on evidence-based approaches, including CBT and ACT-informed therapies, and work within a neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed framework. I aim to provide a safe and supportive space where clients feel understood, while building practical skills to support emotional regulation, resilience, and overall wellbeing. 

I bring a collaborative and compassionate approach to therapy and believe that meaningful change comes from small, consistent steps over time. I am committed to ongoing professional development and delivering thoughtful, evidence-based care.
