Registered Psychologist

Hi, I’m Rebecca!

I’m a registered psychologist with a bachelor of psychological science and a master of professional psychology, who has experience working with both children
and adults in private practice and at school. I support clients with a range of presentations including ADHD, autism, learning differences, anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, and interpersonal challenges.

I’ve always been drawn to understanding how people think, feel, and experience the
world, especially when those experiences don’t quite fit the ‘typical’ mould. This grew into a passion for supporting people to better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and build on their strengths in a way that feels meaningful and realistic for their lives.

I understand there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to therapy so my work with clients is collaborative and flexible. I draw upon evidence based approaches such as, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), play therapy, and attachment-based interventions. I aim to provide a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, while we work together to find practical strategies that suit your day-to-day life.

As a mum myself, I understand that life can be busy, messy, and unpredictable, and I try to bring that understanding into my work with both children and parents.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy crafting, getting outdoors, and trying out new recipes (usually with mixed results!). If you’re looking for support for yourself or your child, please reach out. I’d love to help you take the next step.
