Sandra Scott

Sandra is highly motivated to support her clients to achieve their goals in therapy. Her approach is highly collaborative and client-centred, meaning she works to tailor specific therapeutic skills and interventions to meet the specific needs of her clients. Sandra works to support clients to gain a better understanding of themselves, their values and how to overcome their concerns in a meaningful way.
Sandra radiates warmth, genuine interest, empathy, and care towards her clients. These qualities help her to foster connections when she is with clients. Sandra creates a safe, warm and supportive atmosphere in her one-on-one sessions through authentic care for her clients and the desire to see them thrive.
Sandra draws her inspiration from the resilience she sees in the world around her and the individuals she has the honour of working with. Sandra enjoys working with adults and has experience working with a variety of mental health presentations, including anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, stress, grief and loss, vocational counselling, and addiction.
Sandra consults from our Loganholme location. She is registered with The Psychology Board of Australia and has a membership with the Australian Psychological Society.
