What you can expect at our first appointment?

Your first appointment with Simone is an opportunity to get to know each other and begin understanding what has brought you to therapy. Simone will ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, and what you hope to gain from support. This session also allows time to discuss how therapy works, answer any questions you may have, and begin identifying goals for treatment. Simone aims to create a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace while working together to develop a clear and practical plan for moving forward.
