Stacey is a registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. Stacey completed her undergraduate study at the University of New England and is currently undertaking a Master in Clinical Psychology at Charles Sturt University.
Stacey has experience working with children, adolescents, and and adults experiencing a variety of difficulties. This experience includes trauma and stress related disorders; anxiety; mood disorders; grief; social and relationship difficulties; behavioural disorders; assessment of learning difficulties (including ADHD); and developmental disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Stacey also has previous experience working with children, parents and teachers in the education sector.
Stacey uses an evidence-based treatment approach drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy; Acceptance and Commitment Therapy; Family-centred therapy; and Solution-Focused/Brief Therapy. Stacey has a keen interest in working with children and young people where activities are interactive, engaging, and age appropriate. Stacey uses a family-focused and strengths-based approach in a creative and supportive environment.
