Adi is a compassionate and experienced counsellor who works with young people, adults, and their support networks. She is experienced in addressing challenges related to anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, workplace stress, body image concerns, and maladaptive eating habits. Adi’s work is deeply rooted in her belief that everyone has strengths that can be harnessed to manage stress and foster personal growth.

With a strong focus on youth mental health, Adi is dedicated to helping young individuals and their families build resilience, develop social skills, and form meaningful, positive relationships. She tailors her therapeutic approach to each client’s unique needs, drawing from a range of counselling modalities to create targeted and effective plans.

Adi is also passionate about working with adults, recognising the experiences, challenges and stressors they face in their personal and professional lives. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where clients of all ages feel heard and understood. Her goal is to help clients confidently navigate life’s challenges and achieve a more balanced, fulfilling life.

Outside of her practice, Adi enjoys exploring new bakeries and is an avid NBA fan, often spending her weekends catching up on games.

What you can expect at our first appointment?

In your first session, Adi and you will have time to discuss what brings you in and what you hope to achieve in therapy. The therapeutic plans are developed collaboratively with you, maximising your wisdom and autonomy in your therapy journey.
