Our Next Level Professional Development Program

Our Professional development exceeds the industry norm. You have access to supervision in the following forms:

  • 1:1

  • Structure Professional Development Intensive Days
  • Formal Professional Development (external programs)

  • Allocated Professional Development budget

We are also unique in that you have allocated time (during work hours) to complete professional development. Your professional development plan (developed in conjunction with one of our STAP Accredited Supervisors) allows you to have the time and space to explore your interests, niche areas and obtain your level of excellence.

Burn out prevention model

The Psych Professionals prides itself on our burnout prevention model, which ensures we continue to love the work we do every day. To ensure the service we are providing to each client is the same as if they were our first client for the day.

Feedback Informed Internal Processes

Our management team continuously seeks feedback to increase how to support our clinical and non-clinical teams open and implement the changes to help them better. We take a radical candour approach to management inclusive of transparency, honesty and a belief in creating spaces to be vulnerable and for continued growth. Research demonstrates the effectiveness of feedback informed treatment for our clients. We hold ourselves at the same standards to create the same relationship and standards between our management team and our clinicians.
