Trauma PSYCHOLOGIST Wanting to Make a Difference (Loganholme practice)

At our dedicated Trauma Centre in Loganholme you will be surrounded by like-minded, passionate clinicians who are striving to support your clients to live the life that they deserve. You will be able further grow your passion and skill working with trauma, helping clients at their most vulnerable to assign meaning to experiences. You will be able to become your best self and encouraged to live your best life, as you support your clients to become and be the same.

 

The Role

If you are a fully registered Psychologist, we currently have an opportunity for you to come on-board on a full time or part time basis. You have the choice or seeing an adult client base, or working with children & adolescents. We have a burnout prevention caseload model, which includes a full-time caseload of no more than 24 attended client appointments, a focus on taking regular time-off, no appointments booked outside of your allocated hours and caseload monitoring to ensure caseload balance of mild to severe presentations.

 

Remuneration:

For Employees: The details of the complete Remuneration Package will be discussed with the successful candidate. However, our BASE salary generally start at $70,000 per annum for brand new graduates and increases depending on experience. On top of that you will also get Super,  Leave Loading, a generous PD budget of $1,000 per annum and a Tech Budget of $1,500. Needless to say, these additional perks significantly increase your overall salary package.

For Contractors: Contractor Remuneration will be discussed at the interview. However, you can expect to be earning between $80 per hour and $120 per hour depending on experience and other factors.
