Feedback Informed Internal Processes

Our management team continuously seek feedback to increase the ways we can support our clinical and non-clinical teams open and implement the changes to be able to support them better. We take a radical candour approach to management inclusive of transparency, honesty and a believe in creating spaces to be vulnerable and for continued growth. Behice Kara, Provisional Psychologist: “The things I like most about TPP (The Psych Professionals) is the incredible culture among clinicians and CRT members alike. If I have a question, I know there are people around me who are genuinely willing to help, provide advice and resources. I also know I can rely on our amazing CRT team to care for our clients’ administrative needs.”
