Cognative Behaviour Therapy

Interpersonal Therapy
IPT is designed to help manage interpersonal difficulties. This can help your family and you by helping you all in achieving effective communication. IPT can also help you to develop social well-being. This works by putting the focus on unresolved grief, role conflicts, role transitions and social isolation.
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy
ACT is a new form of cognitive and behavioural therapy which can assist you to better manage negative emotions and help you to live a more meaningful life.
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
DBT is a type of therapy which supports clients to learn to better manage the strong emotions, which often cause dysfunctional or disruptive behaviours. DBT supports clients to cope with stress, their emotions and to effect positive change on their lives.
Schema Therapy
Schema Therapy assists in treatment a wide range of mental health concerns in identifying unhelpful patterns of thoughts and behaviours developed from needs not being met in childhood. The Therapy supports clients to develop healthy ways of meeting their needs.
Traumes Focused CBT (TF-CBT)
Trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) evidence-based and aims to support those of all ages in developing coping behaviours to manage symptoms following a traumatic experience.
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is an evidence based approach to support clients in managing the distress associated with traumatic memories. EMDR involves eye movements in conjunction with processing traumatic memories.
