Cassi-Dee Muller

Hi, I’m Cassi-Dee!
I’m so glad you landed on this page, so let me introduce myself.
I’m a registered Social Worker with the Australian Association of Social Workers, currently working towards my Mental Health Accreditation.
My journey into social work began with a deep desire to support people through life’s toughest moments and help them re-discover hope, strength and clarity.
I studied both a bachelor of Psychological Science and Master of Social Work at university. I have had the opportunity to work across the disability sector, as well as mental health private practice. My work experience has allowed me to discover my passion for working in the therapeutic space.
I’ve always been drawn to mental health due to my own lived experiences and the people I’ve met along the way. I’ve seen how powerful a genuine, supportive connection can be, and it’s what drives me to create safe, non-judgmental spaces for others.
My approach to therapy is person-centred and collaborative. I believe in meeting people where they are in their journey – no pressure, no assumptions, no judgements. My sessions are built on trust, empathy and genuine curiosity about each person’s unique story. I utilise evidence-based interventions such as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, however, I individualise everything to suit you. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I’m here to walk alongside you, not ahead of you.
I specialise in working with neurodivergent individuals and those engaged with the NDIS, as well as their carers, families and wider networks, particularly around navigating life transitions, building social-emotional skills and increasing self-confidence.
I’ve supported adolescents with anxiety, emotional regulation and self-esteem. I’m looking to expand my practice into working with children (including play therapy), families and people navigating domestic violence, anger management or alcohol and other drug use.
Outside of work, I’m someone who loves beach walks, animals, a good coffee and listening to podcasts on personal growth, mental health and true crime. I value honesty, humour and compassion – and I try to bring those qualities into every session.
If you’re looking for support with a specific challenge, or you just feel ready to start prioritising your mental wellbeing, I’d love to meet you. Reach out anytime to book a session or ask any questions – I’m here to help you live the life you deserve.
