How psychological support can help
Our clinicians can support you with:
Adjusting to changes following a workplace injury
Managing stress, anxiety, or emotional difficulties
Coping with the impact of an injury on your work and daily life
Building strategies to support recovery and return-to-work goals
Navigating the challenges that can come with the WorkCover process
…and more
Accessing support through WorkCover
If you have been injured at work or while carrying out your role, you may be eligible to access psychological services as part of your WorkCover claim.
In Queensland, WorkCover may refer you to a mental health clinician once your claim has been accepted. The number of sessions available is determined by WorkCover based on your individual circumstances.
For some people, early intervention support may also be available while a claim is pending or awaiting a decision.
